The scope of work included:

1. Review, refine, and expand the Development Checklist.

2. Interview four other Housing Agencies from neighboring counties.

3. On organizational charts identify staff position with responsibility.

4. Compare & analyze data with four other agencies.

5. Survey the funding & related development fee structure.

6. Map the timeline & staffing needs of projects in the development pipeline.

7. Discuss staffing recommendations for the Development Division.

8. Present findings to the Housing Authority Board.
