  • 2020  IES-APA Comprehensive Plan- Small Jurisdiction Award for the La Quinta Highway 111 Corridor Study.
  • 2012 Award of Merit from the Central Coast CAAPA for the Housing Authority Organizational Capacity Assessment.
  • 2010 Hard-won Victories Planning Award from the Central Coast APA section for the Saticoy Wells Community Plan & Code .
  • 2008 Driehaus Form-Based Codes Award for the Ventura Midtown Corridors Development Code.
  • 2008 Excellence Award for the Ventura Midtown Corridors Development Code, and Award of Merit for the Planning Division Training Program.
  • 2007 Inaugural Driehaus Form-Based Codes Award for the Farmers Branch Station Area Code.
